We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

💰 Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please note:
- Refund Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

🎠Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned:
- Beauty Products: For hygiene reasons, all opened beauty products are final sale.
- Earrings: Due to personal hygiene concerns, earrings cannot be returned unless defective.
- Drinkware and Glassware: Used items in these categories cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Personalized or Custom Items: Any customized products are final sale.
